The Aquaflush Transanal Irrigation System is designed to help establish an effective bowel management routine and improve quality of life.

HCPCS:

Aquaflush

The Aquaflush® Transanal Irrigation (TAI) System enables a simple procedure in which body temperature water is passed through a soft silicone cone into the rectum to assist in the safe evacuation of stool from the lower section of the bowel. As the water fills the rectum, the rectal wall gently stretches, producing the urge to defecate. Once the water flow stops, the cone is removed, and any fecal matter and water empties into the toilet.

  • Soft, silicone cone with rounded tip, available in two sizes for individualized use.
  • Easy-to-use ‘click/close’ connectors with a one-way valve to prevent used water from entering the system.
  • Hand pump for controlled water installation
  • In-line tap to control water flow.
