Featuring the innovative TruCath® Duo Dual-Balloon Urinary Catheter, the design aims to minimize trauma to the bladder mucosa, helping to reduce the risk of bladder spasms often caused by irritation or inflammation. By lowering mucosal irritation and providing a surface less conducive to bacterial adhesion, the TruCath Duo may help reduce the risk of catheter-associated urinary tract infections (CAUTIs), a common complication of indwelling catheter use.
